Volunteering at the Guerrero Clinic was an incredibly rewarding experience. Throughout the week, our team provided free eye and dental care to those in need in Guerrero, Chihuahua, Mexico.
It was especially meaningful to share this journey with my son, giving him the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of service and compassion for others. During our time at the clinic, we saw over 800 patients–an impressive testament to the dedication and teamwork of all the volunteers and staff. Together, we performed 307 cataract surgeries, restoring vision and changing lives for hundreds of individuals.
Additionally, we dispensed 144 pairs of custom glasses, helping many people see clearly for the first time. The Guerrero Clinic is truly a place where families can serve together, learn about new cultures, and make a tangible difference in the lives of others. I am grateful for the chance to contribute and to share this unforgettable experience with my son
